At Studio Mode, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within [14 or 30] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In original, unworn condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please email support@studiomode.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a pre-paid return label (if applicable).
Return Shipping & Fees
Domestic Returns: A [flat fee of $X] will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, unless the return is due to a product error or defect.
International Returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order number (if available) or the name of the purchaser. We’ll be happy to assist you in processing a return or issuing a store credit.
